We had a lovely 4th of July. Adam and Rachel came to visit, Illinois really layed the humidity on thick and we got to listen to the parade from our picnic location in Carle Park. We did forget to dress Asher in his patriotic colors, but the boy just looks so good in Green! And thanks so much to the smart grandparents that didn't buy him an outfit for one day out of the year.

The Ash man is doing a great job practicing sitting up, continues to drool a ton and bite his lower lip.
Here he is this morning, he is so excited for his uncle Bill's wedding in MN this weekend and to welcome his new aunt to the ranks of true aunt-dom. We will be traveling to Madison tomorrow, meeting fun friends (can't wait) and then on to minnesota for the best wedding of the summer! And then continueing with a mini family vacation camping and fishing on the root river.
