So since this is my first day posting for the month there is a lot to report of all Asher's changes. He has finally got that bathtime can be fun play time. Sure he has enjoyed them before, but two nights ago, so September 18, he left the sponge and baby baths behind, rolled onto his belly and had some legitimate fun, which was awesome to see!

He has always expressed his love of beer bottles, they have been great teething toy over the summer and a refreshing treat as he licks off the cold condensing water on the outside. The spotted cow was given to him by his father on a very trying day... Asher has has maybe 2 of these in his life, one being last week with fever and teething pain, so thank goodness for beer bottle and baby tylenol.
Asher loves being around other people. He just starts laughing and screaming when he sees people coming toward him, summed up really well by this excited look and perhaps attempted hug as natalie approached him.

And finally you can see how we adapt Asher to any situation and how he respond so well to our parenting tactics: Tied into a chair to get his first taste of butternut squash!!! YUMMY! Oh and of course, eating off of a tiny spatula.
